Tacy Webb Makes Her Way to Corpus Christi for a Chance to Win the WCRA Triple Crown

Tacy Kay Webb is in Corpus Christi this week, Breakaway Roping for the chance to win $1,000,000 in the WCRA.

“Being able to rope for that kind of a money as a breakaway roper, like I said, it’s a dream”, Tacy says.

In order to win the $1,000,000, one must win three consecutive WCRA Majors. Tacy won Days of ’47 Cowboy Games and Rodeo in Salt Lake City, as well the Cowtown Christmas Championship Rodeo.

With these wins, Tacy is eligible for the Triple Crown, leading her into this week in Corpus Christi, where she will have the chance to be the first woman to receive the $1,000,000 and Triple Crown Title.

Tacy must place in first or second place this Thursday to advance onto the final performance that will take place Saturday, May 14.
