Nick Guy Cinches the Lead in the Average at Rodeo Austin

Nick Guy took over the leader board at Rodeo Austin with an aggregate time of 9.0 seconds on two head

Nick Guy is now sitting at No. 1 in the Average at Rodeo Austin as he remained consistent in Rounds 1 and 2, turning in an aggregate time of 9.0 seconds flat.

In Round 1, Guy turned in a time of 4.8 seconds to lock in the top spot and split the lead with Eli Lord. Guy raised the bar further in Round 2 with a time of 4.2 seconds, securing the Performance win and placing third in the round.

With 8 National Finals Rodeo qualifications and an extensive list of accolades, Guy continues to succeed in the sport of steer wrestling.

“I enjoy it still, I mean I’m getting older but I enjoy bulldogging and I enjoy the guys that I go with. I mean it’s a lot of fun and as I’m getting older I enjoy it more and more now I guess than I did when I was younger,” Guy said.
