Logan Hay Secures the Top Spot in San Antonio Amidst Tough Competition

Logan Hay locks in 87.5 points on Calgary Stampede’s Tokyo Bubbles to take home San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Championship Title

Logan Hay captured the win at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, securing the Championship Title and a check for a check for a total of $21,000, placing him at No. 5 in the PRCA World Standings.

Hay’s remarkable first-round ride in Bracket 4 on Frontier Rodeo’s Prime News earned him 85 points, along with $2,500. Hay continued to impress, clinching second place in the second round with an 80-point ride, adding $2,000 to his earnings. In the third round, Hay maintained his consistency, scoring 82 points and securing third place, furthering his position as a top contender.

With a total of $6,000 in earnings, Hay emerged as the top qualifier from Bracket 4, setting the stage for his continued success.

In the Final Round, Hay matched up with Calgary Stampede’s Tokyo Bubbles for the second time in his career, securing a score of 87.5 points, locking him in at No. 1 and cinching the championship check of $15,000.

“This is one of the coolest wins I’ve had in my career,” Hay said.

Mitch Pollock and Lefty Holman, both securing scores of 87 points to tie for second place took home $7,500 for their performance in the Short-Go, along with Wyatt Casper and Ryder Sanford who turned in 86.5 points each to tie for fourth place, earning them $1,500 apiece.
