Today The Cowboy Channel has announced its new Tuesday night ‘Ladies Night’ block of original programming premiering on September 8th at 8:00PM EST. The lineup includes to new original shows, RanchHer and Rodeo Queens, as well as the longtime favorite Debbe Dunning’s Dude Ranch Round-Up.

RanchHer – Premieres Tuesday, September 8th at 8:00PM/EST

As a spin off to the popular television series, FarmHer on RFD-TV, RanchHer profiles the extraordinary women of the ranching industry — highlighting their grit, grace, and glory. But the show isn’t limited to just ranching. It offers an intimate look at family life, day-to-day operations, industry policies, and community. Each of these women plays an important role on her ranch and in the industry as a whole, and we want to tell their stories. Hosted by Kirbe Schnoor, RanchHer celebrates ranching culture and Western heritage through the eyes of the woman.

“When we started filming RanchHer, the predominant goal was to educate viewers on the livestock industry,” said Kirbe Schnoor, Host of RanchHer. “Knowing that ranching practices differ nationwide, I thought it would be amazing to shed light on that through the RanchHers across the country. As time has gone on, the show has evolved to focus in on the stories of the individuals and how the western industry has shaped each of the RanchHers into the woman she is today. The love they express for agriculture, livestock, and western culture is reflected in everything they say and do.”

Rodeo Queens – Premieres Tuesday, September 8th at 8:30PM/EST

Rodeo Queens goes behind the scenes at the Miss Rodeo America Pageant in Las Vegas, highlighting not only the pageant experience from check-in to coronation but also the daily life of a rodeo queen. Following cowgirls from across the country throughout the 2018 pageant process, season one looks at just what it takes to be a rodeo queen through the eyes of the contestants — from their horsemanship training to beauty regimens to public speaking. The queens tell all, discussing their backgrounds and roles as rodeo ambassadors, preparation for Miss Rodeo America, relationships with their fellow contestants, and the stresses of competition.

“We are excited to be able to tell the background and the story behind the organization, the planning and the selection of Miss Rodeo America. We know that viewers will find the preparation and devotion that each contestant puts forth toward competing for the coveted crown quite remarkable, said Jeana Linton Operations Manager/Pageant Director for Miss Rodeo America, Inc.” “Lifelong friendships are formed during the week long competition. You will get to see behind the scenes of the pageant and an honest range of emotions that they experience. There is no doubt that after watching this series everyone will find an appreciation and understanding for what it really means to be a Rodeo Queen.”
