Kade Bruno Wins Cinch Playoffs Governor’s Cup to Enter NFR No. 3 in the World

Kade Bruno matched up with Sutton Rodeo’s South Point to turn in a winning ride of 87.5 points in the Final Round of the Cinch Playoff’s Governor’s Cup to secure a $25,000 check in Sioux Falls.

“This venue, this crowd, it’s been a very, very exciting rodeo and I’m just super blessed,” Bruno said.

Bruno tied for second-place in Round 1 and 2 to advance into the Semifinals where he put up a score of 85.5 points on Double Take of Powder River Rodeo.

There were only four rides total marked 85.5 points or better for the entire rodeo and Bruno delivered half of them on the same day.

A total of $38,000 was collected by the Idaho cowboy as he now unofficially sits at No. 3 in the PRCA World Standings to confirm his second trip to the Thomas & Mack this December.
