We're very sorry that the details in your Pre-Inked Stamp were too small and you won't be able to use it. We're always looking for ways to make our service better. Allow us to assist you. Upon checking, the text details were really small, and the design area was not maximized, your details need to be resized to a larger font size to resolve the issue. Also, the size of your stamp was Small (2" x 0.75") which caused your uploaded intricate image to become unreadable when printed. However, apart from this size, there are bigger sizes up to Extra Large (3.875" x 2.75"). Also, from the product page overview, there was a note stating that uploads with small graphics, fonts smaller than 8-point or fine lines are not advised. Furthermore, we recommend that you adjust your artwork to use your selected font size, look over the preview, and create a PDF proof. Although we are aware that this may not be the ideal response you were hoping for, we sincerely hope you can still feel how eager we are to assist.
