Kylie McLean & Megan Gunter Hit the Jackpot at Women’s Rodeo World Championships

In the team roping of the Women’s Rodeo World Championship, it came down to a thrilling Triple Crown Round. Kylie McLean and Megan Gunter got the crowd on their feet when they roped a 6.65 second run to win the rodeo by just a second.

McLean gave credit to her partner, she said Gunter was going for it all week and she wanted to give her a shot and she did just that. She also says she gives all of the credit to her beloved horse, Red Cloud.

Gunter went on to talk about how much fun it is roping and winning this title with a friend like McLean. Gunter is also a header and McLean is the one who pushed her to heel and it paid off for the duo.

Both McLean and Gunter took home $60,000, a buckle and they are your 2022 Women’s Rodeo World Champions.
