Cole Elshere Talks Branded Beef Program and #StillRanching in South Dakota

Cole Elshere is a cowboy we all know best as a saddle bronc rider, but the 3X NFR qualifier says ranching is his main career — rodeo comes second.

Right now, it’s calving season, and Elshere says he’s always at home during this time of year to help out with his family’s operation and branded beef program. While not on the rodeo trail, he can either be found working cattle and making deliveries to people in his community and surrounding states.

Kirbe Schnoor talks to Cole about his branded beef program and why he wanted to be able to supply beef direct to consumers.
